FAQ

Power Automate Training Questions

Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp.

Do I need to know Power Apps first?

No — this training stands alone. Prior Power Apps experience is helpful but not required.

What tools do I need access to?

A Microsoft 365 account with Power Automate enabled, plus access to SharePoint and Outlook (used in the hands-on project).

What kind of automation will I build?

A real approval workflow — e.g. a leave or purchase request — connecting SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams, with conditions and error handling.

Does this cover Power Automate Desktop (RPA) or AI Builder?

No — this is a beginner, cloud-flow-focused training. Desktop automation, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio are more advanced topics outside this training's scope.

Will I learn to debug a broken flow?

Yes — Day 3 covers testing, monitoring run history, and troubleshooting common flow errors.

Can I combine this with Power Apps later?

Yes — if you complete this on its own, you can also take the Combined training later, though there will be some overlap in the fundamentals.

What if I miss a session?

You get 60-day access to the session recordings, so you can catch up or rewatch anything you missed.
