Getting Started
Who is LowCodeDev for?
We serve two main audiences: (1) Learners — beginners, students, career switchers, and working professionals who want to learn the Microsoft Power Platform from scratch; and (2) SMEs — small and medium businesses that want custom Canvas Apps and Power Automate workflows built for them.
Can I learn even if I have no IT background?
Absolutely. Our training is designed for complete beginners — including non-IT professionals, students, and career switchers. We start from the fundamentals, use everyday business examples, and guide you step by step with live hands-on practice.
Do I need programming or coding experience?
No. All our training programs are 100% beginner-friendly and require no prior coding knowledge. We start from the basics and guide you step by step.
Which Microsoft account do I need?
A free Microsoft Developer Program account or a Microsoft 365 trial is enough to follow along with the training. We'll guide you through setting this up during the first session, so there's no need to purchase anything upfront.
What tools or software do I need?
Just a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection. We'll guide you through setting up free Microsoft trial accounts during the first session. No software purchase required.
Can I join from any country?
Yes. All training is 100% virtual on Microsoft Teams, so you can join from anywhere. Session times are displayed in GMT+8, but we can accommodate other time zones for corporate training.
Training
What training programs do you offer?
We offer: (1) Group Training — small-group live cohorts for PowerApps Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Combined (PowerApps + Power Automate), Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power BI, and Model-Driven Apps. (2) Corporate Training — fully personalized content, duration, and pricing for teams or organizations. (3) Public Workshops — free community sessions.
What is Group Training?
Group Training is a small-group live cohort (5–30 participants) with 2 live interactive sessions (8 hours total) led by a DFCC Certified Trainer (ISCP Microsoft). Tracks include PowerApps Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Combined (PowerApps + Power Automate), Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power BI, and Model-Driven Apps. All tracks include an official Certificate of Completion, 60-day recording access, and career support.
What is Corporate Training?
Corporate Training is fully personalized for teams or organizations. The learning path can include everything from our Group Training tracks plus any additional topics you need. Topics, duration, schedule, delivery format, and pricing are tailored to your goals. Standard day rate starts from RM 1,699/day (≈ USD 399) for 10–15 participants.
Are sessions live or recorded?
All sessions are 100% live and instructor-led on Microsoft Teams. Recordings are shared with participants for 60-day catch-up and revision access.
Can I learn at my own pace?
Our cohorts run on a fixed live schedule, but recordings of every session are shared so you can revisit content at your own pace. For fully self-paced learning, our Corporate Training can be scheduled around your availability.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded and shared. You can catch up at your own pace and ask questions in the next live session or via WhatsApp.
Do I need Microsoft 365?
You don't need a paid Microsoft 365 license to learn. A free Microsoft Developer Program account or Microsoft 365 Developer trial gives you access to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse for practice. We'll walk you through the setup in the first session.
How long is the training?
Group Training: every track runs 2 live interactive sessions for a total of 8 hours — including PowerApps Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Combined (PowerApps + Power Automate), Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power BI, and Model-Driven Apps. Corporate Training: customized to your organization's needs and schedule.
Can I download the training syllabus?
Yes. Every training on the Beginner Training page has a Download Syllabus button with the full 2-day outline, session breakdown, and learning outcomes as a PDF — free, no signup required.
